Cancellation by Buyer
Any online order can be canceled within 1 (one) hour of placing the order by emailing a cancellation request including the order number to email@example.com. The cancellation is approved when receiving a cancellation confirmation email from Thinkbot Solutions LLC. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation shortly after requesting the cancellation, please contact us at 512-222-7531. No fee is charged if canceling an order within the first hour. After 1 hour, the order is no longer subject to cancellation, change, reduction in amounts, or suspension or delay of shipment, except with Thinkbot Solutions LLC’s written consent. Cancellations requested after 1 hour that are approved by Thinkbot Solutions LLC are subject to cancellation charges, based upon all expenses incurred by Thinkbot Solutions LLC not exceeding 30% of total order cost.
Cancellation by Seller
Thinkbot Solutions LLC may cancel an order in the following cases: The costs have exceeded selling price to Buyer or Thinkbot Solutions LLC is unable to provide a product due to factors beyond the control of Thinkbot Solutions LLC.
All products sold by Thinkbot Solutions LLC are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Defective product claims must be reported within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization prior to sending your return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded nor returned to the sender. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility except in the event of an error on our part.
Refunds (if applicable)
All express warranties and implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Seller will transfer to buyer any warranties extended by the manufacturer. There are no warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond this description. All liability for incidental and consequential damages resulting from the use of the products are disclaimed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Thinkbot Solutions LLC, 7512 Wildcat Pass, Austin, TX 78757, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
